We appreciated our wonderfully appointed and spotless room with every comfort provided. the staff and the host were all friendly and excellent. - the location was great in a beautiful setting.

This was a relaxing stay for our friend's wedding. We was given a spotless room with a coffee machine, stunning views, as example. There were coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators upon arrival. The location was stunning and good for us as it was just off England, a lovely quiet area of the country side and the Poole Farm. Also, Church of st Giles was 5 km away.

The breakfast is tasty and amazing. the location is amazing, close to Poole Farm. the units are elegant, exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed.

The parking was convenient, the room was well-maintained, and tranquil surroundings added to the perfect stay with very supportive staff.

The room was a nice size

I really enjoyed the luxury bathroom. The food was good, I tried pastries, cheese, and meats. I found the venue's location quiet and picturesque. It's situated next to local attractions like Boscastle, Bude, Lyndord Gorge, and RHS Rosemoor. Bridgetown Aqueduct was just 1 km away, I could even walk there.

The twin room is spacious and newly renovated, with very friendly staff and owners.

our recent stay at poole farm in launceston was simply fantastic. from the warm welcome to the cream tea in the lovely garden, everything exceeded our expectations. the breakfast was better than many 5-star hotels we've stayed at and the owners treated us like family. we felt right at home and can't wait to go back again!
